PC Intermediate Fixing Method "I-Fix"

This is an introduction to the PC intermediate anchoring method that allows for truss replacement work without stopping bridge traffic!

"I Fix" is a construction method developed for the intermediate anchoring of PC steel wire with a diameter of 12φ5mm. By using wedges to anchor the horizontally prestressed PC steel material, the anchoring is completed before cutting the steel material, maintaining the prestress. Additionally, the anchoring device is compact and easy to work with, making construction management simple. It allows for control of the steel tension according to construction specifications. 【Features】 ■ Patent No. 6316864 ■ Anchoring is completed before cutting the horizontally prestressed PC steel material, maintaining prestress ■ The anchoring device is compact and easy to work with, simplifying construction management ■ Steel tension can be controlled according to construction specifications ■ A version compatible with multi-wire 12φ7mm has been introduced ■ Applicable to various types of steel materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

KTB anchoring method

It is a post-tensioning method for prestressed concrete anchoring construction.

The KTB anchoring method is a post-tensioning type of prestressed concrete anchoring technique applicable to all PC structures, encompassing a system that includes the basic anchoring body, PC steel strands, connectors, and more. The KTB anchoring method is adopted in a wide range of civil engineering and construction fields, such as PC bridges, building structures, PC tanks, marine structures, and ground anchors, due to its excellent workability, safety, high quality, and cost-effectiveness. In April 1978, the KTB Association was established to promote the dissemination, technological advancement, and development of this method. Additionally, SC strands (epoxy-coated PC steel strands) are ultra-durable PC steel strands with groundbreaking anti-corrosion technology, having obtained construction technology certification from the Civil Engineering Research Center in April 1995 (Chairman: Naoharu Ikeda, Professor at Yokohama National University). Thus, we take pride in confidently recommending the KTB anchoring method and SC strands as technologies that meet the needs of a new era. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Anchorage Column Fixing Method "U-Wedge Frame"

Securely fixed with pressure and adhesive force from wedges! Anchorless girder fixation method.

The "U-Wedge Frame" is a new anchoring method that creates a significant pressing effect by arranging wedges inside the frame, allowing for fixation on the surface of the girder. Since the anchoring function can be achieved solely through work on the wedge arrangement on the girder surface, it enables frame fixation without affecting the internal structure, such as rebar in concrete structures, thus preventing a decrease in the structural capacity. Conventional anchor bolt fastening methods require drilling at the anchor installation site and associated rebar detection, but this method does not require such tasks, resulting in excellent workability and reliable cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ Can be securely fixed to the structure ■ Can be constructed with simple processing ■ Allows frame fixation without affecting the internal structure ■ No need for drilling at the anchor installation site or rebar detection ■ Excellent workability and cost reduction *For more details, please visit our website or feel free to contact us.

DB head fixation method

A construction method with significant economic benefits and consideration for the environment! The economic effects, such as shortened construction time and during transportation and unloading, are overwhelming.

We would like to introduce Hokuriku Gas Pressure Welding Co., Ltd.'s "DB Head Fixation Method." In recent years, the increasing strength and larger diameters of rebar work have led to problems in rebar construction with traditional bending anchor methods, such as difficulties in bending processing and longer fixation lengths. The "DB Head Fixation Method" addresses these issues. 【Features】 - No anchors, significantly improving on-site workability - Compatible with rebar from almost all domestic manufacturers - Simple distribution routes allow for immediate delivery - Capable of handling small lots - Significant economic benefits in terms of shortened construction periods and during transportation and unloading - High reliability due to the absence of joint surfaces and weld surfaces, with the visible product shape indicating its functionality *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Prestressed anchoring method "VSL method"

For buildings that require a large input of power with high-capacity cables! Prestressed anchoring method.

The "VSL method" is a post-tensioning prestressing anchoring method that allows for a single cable to provide a wide range of input forces, from small to massive. By using high-capacity cables, the arrangement of the cables and anchoring devices can be minimized, making it effective for bridge construction that requires large input forces. It is used in the construction of large structures such as bridges, PC tanks, domes, lifting, and block cantilevering methods. 【Features】 ■ A single cable can provide input forces ranging from small to massive ■ Post-tensioning prestressing anchoring method ■ Effectiveness in bridge construction requiring large input forces ■ Suitable for the construction of large structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

SC Strand & KTB Stabilization Method

Achieves excellent adhesion performance, rust prevention performance, and fatigue resistance performance! A method that allows for free re-tensioning.

The "SC Strand & KTB Anchorage Method" uses SC strands, which are PC steel wires with a full wire coating, as the tensioning material and employs both wedges and nuts for anchoring. "SC Strand" is formed by thermally fusing epoxy resin powder coating onto each core wire and side wire of the PC steel wire using an electrostatic powder coating method, achieving complete rust prevention. The film thickness is between 120 and 280 µm, allowing for direct attachment of crimp grips and demonstrating excellent anchoring performance. 【Features】 - Eliminates set loss during anchoring, allowing for free re-tensioning - High durability - Excellent anchoring performance - Superior fatigue performance - Reduction in construction costs For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

FRIP fixation method

Reinforcement work is fast and easy! A simple and cost-effective friction welding method.

The method described is a fixation technique that does not depend on the shape of the rebar, whether it is bamboo or twisted. It is a mechanical fixation method that does not require grout injection for building structures, where fixation plates are friction-welded to the ends of deformed bars at our factory and similar locations. Due to the joining process using a dedicated friction pressure welding machine, stable quality can be ensured, while also alleviating congestion at column-beam joints, significantly improving workability and supporting shorter construction periods. 【Features】 ■ A fixation method that does not depend on bamboo or twisted shapes ■ Can be used in conjunction with mechanical joints to reduce labor ■ Faster and easier rebar work as bending fixation is unnecessary ■ Stable quality of joints due to friction pressure welding *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Oni Plate Fixation Method

A mechanical anchoring method as an alternative to rebar end bending anchoring! Construction workability is significantly improved!

The method described is a mechanical anchoring technique for building structures that replaces traditional rebar end-bending anchoring. By using it in conjunction with mechanical joints, it contributes to labor savings. It involves attaching an onicon plate anchoring plate to the end of the screw and securing it with grout. When changing from a lateral injection type (through-type) to a rear injection type (closed-type), it can be modified without the need for replacement, simply by installing dedicated parts. 【Features】 ■ Alleviates congestion at column-beam joints, significantly improves workability, and supports shortening of construction time. ■ Supports increased work efficiency using easy-to-handle simple tools. ■ Contributes to labor savings by using it in conjunction with mechanical joints. ■ Can be installed by anyone who has completed skill training, without the need for skilled workers or craftsmen. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
